Nine EN 13422 traffic cone models from 300 mm to 1000 mm — one-piece PVC, weighted PVC and two-piece HDPE — supplied by the container to distributors, hire companies and contractors.
Three cone ranges, one supplier
Traffic Cone Factory supplies traffic cones to wholesalers, distributors, importers and project buyers. Every model is made to EN 13422, the European standard for portable road cones, and can be mixed in the same container load.
One-piece PVC
300, 500 and 750 mm. Flexible, light and quick to set out. Two RA1 or RA2 reflective sleeves recessed into the body.
Weighted PVC
500 and 750 mm. A black recycled PVC base moulded onto the body lowers the centre of gravity for windy and busy sites.
Two-piece HDPE
500, 750 and 1000 mm. Blow-moulded HDPE body on a weighted plastic-rubber base, with D2 prismatic sleeves. Parts replace separately.

The everyday 500 mm cone: one-piece fluorescent PVC, two reflective sleeves and a grip handle. Our most widely stocked size for temporary works and site control.
500 mm Weighted Traffic Cone
Available
500 mm cone with a black recycled PVC base moulded into the body. About 1.8 kg for extra stability on windy sites and roadworks.
750 mm Weighted Traffic Cone
Available
750 mm road cone with an integrated weighted base, available in a 3.2 kg version for easier handling or a 4.2 kg version for exposed sites.
750 mm 2-Piece Traffic Cone
Available
750 mm two-piece cone for regular site and road use: HDPE body, weighted plastic-rubber base and D2 prismatic sleeves. Body and base replaceable separately.
